Remy E. Landeau
French, 1859-1934

Rémy E. Landeau was born on October 8, 1859 in Sevres, France. He was a painter of landscapes, genre scenes and flowers.

He studied with the master teacher, Leon Pallandre.

He began to exhibit at the Society of French Artists in Paris starting in 1905 and continued to exhibit there often.

Landeau was named President of the Parisian Society of Flower Painters.
He was also named a Chevalier de la Region d’honneur by the French government.
