Arthur Fillon

French, 1900-1974

Arthur Fillon was a Post Impressionist artist. He studied at the Ecole des Beaux Arts in Marseille, then in Paris. In 1924 he started to exhibit at the Autumn Salon and the Salon of Independent Artists. He was well known for his fair and circus scenes.
