Nathalie Johnson Nordstrand

American, born 1932

Nathalie Johnson Nordstrand was born in Woburn, MA. She studied at Bradford Jr. College; Barnard College; Columbia University; with Jay Connaway, Roger Curtis, Paul Strisik and Don Stone.

She is a member of the American Water Color Society; Allied Artist of America (established in 1914 in NYC); American Artists Professional League (established in 1928) and Guild Boston Artists.

She exhibited at the Academy of American Artists from 1967-72; American Water Color Society from 1969-72; Allied Artist of America from 1969-72 (Grubacher Purchase Award); Ohio 1971; Hudson Valley (bronze medal); Catherine Lorillard Wolfe Art Club (Gold medal, 1971).  She also contributed some of her works to “La Revue Mode” in Paris.
