Vincent studied at the Connecticut Art Student League. He exhibited at the Salons of America, 1926, 1928, 1931, 1932; Society of Independent Artists, 1930, 1937-38, 1941-42, 1944; Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts, 1943, 1950;  Pepsi-Cola, 1944 (prize); La Tausca Pearls Competition prize); Corcoran Gallery Biennials, 1939-1945 (4 Times); Metropolitan Museum of Art, Carnegie Institution; Midtown Gallery, N.Y., 1939; Whitney Museum of American Art, 1946.
