Philippa Mary Faulkner
Canadian, 1917-2001

Philippa Faulkner, a painter, sculptor and graphic artist, is known for her textural colorfield works,cubistic watercolors and abstract works in acrylics and oils.

Philippa Mary Faulkner was born in Belleville, Ontario. She studied at the Parsons School of Fine and Applied Art, Advertising & Design, New York City (1940); The Doon School of Fine Art under Carl Shaefer and F.H. Varley (1942-47) Also in Provincetown and NYC with Hans Hoffman. 

She has held solo shows at the Eatons Fine Art Gallery in Toronto.  She has won international awards. Her work are in many public and private collections.
