A tasty piece of furniture with an accentuated movement of the front.  At the end of the seventeenth century Emiliani region, following the evolution of taste that tended to mitigate the rigidity of square shapes , was able to create nice movement in the furniture as a prelude to the more articulated sinuous movements of the forms typically eighteenth-century.

The rectangular case fitted with a hasp lock, the pierced escutcheon with two rampant lions and scrollwork centering geometric fabric lined fretwork motifs, the side panels fitted with two locking mechanisms, the fall opening to an arrangement of drawers with shell pulls within arched recesses and flanked by freestanding columns, the middle range of drawers and doors fronted by broken pediments; the stand with bearded mask supports, the spiral carved columnar legs joined by a double arched stretcher, on molded plinths.
