Alphonse Jongers
French, 1872 –Jongers studied at the Ecole des Beaux Arts in Paris, with Delaunay and Gustave Moreau. Later Jongers went to Spain for two years. In 1897 moved to the United States. In 1906 he was a member of the National Academy. In 1909 he exhibited in Paris at the Salon of French artists and was awarded a medal.
