Antonio Y Mencia Garcia
Spanish 1853-1915

Student of Matias Lavina.  He made his debut at the Salon de Madrid in1858.  He was considered a pioneer in the Modern Art Movement in Spain.  His paintings were ahead of his time.  His works are rare and sought after by collectors.
