Frank Will
French 1900-1950

Son of painter Frank Myers Boggs. A Figure from montmatre, he was the friend of Gen Paul and Leprin. From 1929 on,George Petit Gallery exhibited his works. Then he exhibited with Hector Brame and later Henri Bureau.  He is well known for his Parisian watercolors.
